Everyone is welcome, not just dobes! Please join us for a day of fun, food, and laughter. We will have games for the Dobes and plus dogs too! Buy raffle tickets for fantastic baskets of goodies and bid on exciting silent auction items. The vendors include an animal communicator, dog bones & treats, dog collars & leashes, photo opportunities, dog massages and Reiki, pet artist, dog training experts, canine jewelry, and our very own Dobermart! This 'hip' Summer festival features live music, a beer and wine tent, food court, antique market, local merchant sidewalk sale, children's events and activities, pony rides, a giant slide and more. Growing in size and popularity each year, this family-friendly festival now extends from Ferdinand to Elgin Avenue featuring two stages. We expect a full food court as well as booths all along Madison so festival-goers can 'taste' why Forest Park was named "Best in Neighborhood Dining" in a 2008 Chicago Tribune poll! Free Admission! Canine Companions for Independence (CCI) will be holding its Fifteenth Annual Snoopy DogFest & Walkathon on Saturday, September 22, 2007 along Naperville’s Riverwalk emanating from the Grand Pavilion. Registration begins at 10am, with the 2 mile fun walk beginning at 11am. All participants collecting a minimum of $50 will receive a pet bandanna and loaded goodie bag full of treats for both human and canine!
